Box Office Policies

Youtheatre is proud to partner with the ArtsTix Box Office.

The ArtsTix Community Box Office is operated by Arts United in partnership with local arts organizations, providing one-stop shopping for ticketed events in Northeast Indiana.

 

To avoid online convenience fees, you can visit the ArtsTix Box Office at 300 E. Main Street, Fort Wayne, IN 46802. Orders will also be accepted over the phone for select events.

Box Office Policies

  • No refunds on tickets. All sales are final.
  • All tickets must be paid in full at the time of purchase. No exceptions. We are unable to hold tickets without full payment.
  • All presentations, programs, and dates are subject to change.
  • In the event of an unavoidable change, Fort Wayne Youtheatre reserves the right to present a subsititute show, artist, date, or venue.
  • In the event of a change, reserved tickets will be automatically applied to the replacement production in the same season.
  • Children under two years of age, unless otherwise noted, are not permitted to attend Fort Wayne Youtheatre shows.
  • Each patron must present a ticket for admission regardless of age.
  • Coupons or special offers are limited to one ticket only.
  • Only one discount allowed per ticket.
  • Ticket vouchers may be redeemed using the instructions provided on the voucher.
  • Expired vouchers may not be redeemed.
  • Exchanges are subject to availability. A $2.00 Cancellation/Exchange Fee will be charged for each ticket exchanged.
  • Ticket exchanges may only be done for another performance of the same show.
  • Latecomers are seated at management’s discretion. This may change based on the nature of the individual production.
  • No photographic or recording devices allowed.
  • Please silence cell phones and other electronic devices.
  • By attending a Fort Wayne Youtheatre event, you accept and acknowledge that Fort Wayne Youtheatre may use your image in photography and/or videography.
  • The holder voluntarily assumes all risks incident to the event, including the risk of lost, stolen, or damaged property or personal injury (including death).
  • Your ticket is a revocable license. Fort Wayne Youtheatre or the venue may revoke this license without refund or other consideration and eject or refuse entry to the holder for violate of venue rules, illegal activity, misconduct, or failure to comply with any and all securing measures or staff instructions.
