If a refund is requested, Fort Wayne Youtheatre has a non-refundable charge of $25. No refund will be processed if you cancel less than 1 week in advance.
Fort Wayne Youtheatre reserves the right to cancel classes with insufficient registration. In the event of such a cancellation, all of your fees will be refunded.

No. To provide the best possible learning experience, only registered students, staff, and assistants are permitted in the classroom. This policy helps us maintain a safe environment while encouraging young people to develop confidence, independence, and focus.
In our experience, students are often more willing to take creative risks and fully participate when they have the opportunity to learn on their own. Thank you for your understanding and support.
Theatre is a collaborate art, and each student’s presence matters — we ask that absences be kept to a minimum.
However, we know families have other commitments and life happens — simply let us know ahead of time if you’ll be missing class.
Please note that partial refunds are not available for missed classes and no makeup sessions are available for classes/camps.
If our Indiana weather results in class cancellations, notice will be posted on our Facebook/Instagram. Our automated voice message will also be updated, so you can call the office at 260-422-6900. Please check before heading out on the road and stay safe!
It depends! Mini-sessions and single-day camps/workshops may be experience-based only with no performance expectations.
If there will be a performance, details will be sent via email at least 1 week prior to the event or included in registration information.
