Financial Aid

Fort Wayne Youtheatre is committed to making theatre education accessible to all young artists. We’re proud to offer full and partial scholarships for qualifying students to participate in our classes and camps. Financial aid is awarded based on need and availability of funds. Because resources are limited, each program requires a separate application, and submitting an application does not guarantee assistance. We believe every child deserves the chance to grow, create, and shine through the performing arts — and we’re here to help make that possible. 

Important Details

• Only applications completed by the deadline will be considered.
• You may request 50% or 100% fee coverage.
• At this time, Financial Aid is unavailable for Private Lessons.

If you are applying for financial assistance, please wait to register for classes online until scholarship decisions have been made.

Student Expectations

To continue offering opportunities to as many students as possible, scholarship recipients are expected to:

• Arrive on time and attend 100% of the total class or camp sessions.
• Notify Youtheatre staff promptly in case of emergency or unavoidable absence.
• Demonstrate positive participation and respectful behavior throughout the program.

Excessive absences, tardiness, or inappropriate behavior may result in dismissal and could affect future financial aid eligibility.
