Youtheatre kicks off Spooky Season with a story you can really sink your teeth into! The classic vampire tale begins when young attorney Jonathan Harker travels to the Transylvania castle of the mysterious Count Dracula, unwittingly opening the door to an ancient evil that soon spreads all the way to London. his faithful, fast-moving adaptation tells the story of Dracula’s timeless obsession with the lovely Mina, battle with the vampire hunter Van Helsing, and ultimate demise. Step into the shadows, if you dare, and witness the legend of the world’s most infamous vampire in this up-close and intimately creepy experience.

Material/Themes

This adaptation was written specifically for youth performers/audiences and is therefore less “adult;” but does contain all the eeriness, neck-biting and stake-driving one would expect from the Dracula story.
